Dan Germain is a licensed architect in the state of Illinois with over 15 years of professional experience bringing projects from concept design through construction.   He currently leads the design and development at Modology, a modular tech start-up in Berkeley California. Previously he served as Design Principal of RAD Urban (2014-2022), a cutting edge California modular company focused on high-rise construction. He has worked in the New York office of SOM (2006-2008), the San Francisco office of Stanley Saitowitz (2008-2014)  where he designed and managed several award winning projects.  Dan holds a professional Bachelors degree in Architecture from Cornell University.
